In compliance with the directives of the Bar Council of India (BCI) and the Legal Services Authorities Act, Navyug Vidhi Mahavidhayalaya operates a dedicated Legal Aid Clinic on its campus in Sultanpur.

Our mission is two-fold: to provide competent and free legal aid to marginalized and underprivileged sections of society, and to impart hands-on clinical legal training to our LLB students. Under the strict supervision of experienced faculty and practicing advocates, students learn the practical nuances of client counseling, legal drafting, and alternative dispute resolution.

Free Legal Counseling

Providing expert advice on civil, criminal, family, and property disputes to those who cannot afford legal representation.

Drafting Assistance

Helping individuals draft essential legal documents, applications, affidavits, and petitions required for court proceedings.

Legal Literacy Camps

Organizing awareness camps in rural and semi-urban areas to educate citizens about their fundamental rights and duties.

Alternate Dispute Resolution

Promoting mediation, conciliation, and Lok Adalat mechanisms for amicable and swift out-of-court settlements.

Clinical Legal Education for Students

The Legal Aid Clinic is an integral part of the LLB curriculum at Navyug Vidhi Mahavidhayalaya. It transitions students from textbook learning to practical socio-legal realities.

Develops empathy, professional ethics, and a sense of social responsibility.
Provides real-time experience in client interviewing and case analysis.
Helps students understand the procedural mechanisms of the Indian judicial system.
